Acquisition of a part redundant, under-utilised warehouse and historic office building close to Aldgate East and Whitechapel Crossrail stations. This was at the time a regeneration area, benefiting from the ongoing infrastructure investment and the continued expansion of the Tech City Hub. The scheme was completed in 2018.
Planning consent was secured and the site was developed into 22,000 sq ft flexible office, co-working and high-street retail. The project was majority new build and incorporated the historic office buildings into the new structure.
The project achieved BREEAM Excellent rating.
