Acquisition of a tired office building in the emerging tech hub on the east side of the City. Refurbishment into 53,800 sq ft office. Lease surrender and vacant possession (semi derelict building with several short-term tenants) was secured. The planning consent achieved was double in size of the existing property, partly due to an under used rear car park.
