ESG-led modernisation programme completed for the Trinity Portfolio
Ailon’s JV company Grace Real Estate (“Grace”) has in H1 2024 completed a capex programme, significantly enhancing energy efficiency and sustainability across the portfolio.
Grace implements an ESG-led modernisation program, energy transition strategy and technology empowered property management and lettings solution to realise the portfolio’s available potential. The programme comprises the building, the apartments and the outdoor environment. Each property and apartment have an individual business plan formulated with value enhancements, optimization measures and sustainability targets. Grace assesses return on investment potential of every unit for modernisation.
Modernisation programme - highlights
- Installed Thermostatic Radiator Valves (TRVs) on radiators to improve heating control.
- Replaced all failed double-glazed units to maintain thermal performance.
- Improved loft insulation to reduce heating energy requirements.
- Upgraded light fittings to energy-efficient alternatives, including installation of lighting controls.
- Transitioned from gas hobs to electric, reducing carbon emissions and modernizing facilities.
- Ensured all newly installed electrical appliances met energy efficiency standards.
