The site is located in Sundsvall's inner harbor next to the Central Station, adjacent to the Harbor Garden and with a view of the harbor inlet.

The building will contain a mix between rental apartments and owner-occupied apartments in different sizes to create a neighborhood with a varying social structure. The ground floor will include commercial premises, which creates life and movement, and contributes to strengthening the local urban culture.

The scale and expression of the neighborhood will harmonize with the old stone town. The block is designed with solid materials and a varying façade design that reconnects with the local building tradition. The homes are complemented by balconies, roof terraces with pergola and a glazed conservatory as well as a green private courtyard for play, cultivation and recreation.

The building’s environmental certification will be Miljöbyggnad Silver.
