Ailon’s JV company Grace Real Estate acquires a residential portfolio in the Newcastle region

A portfolio of 478 residential units within 25 buildings in Northern England. Located in Newcastle and surrounding counties, the buildings have in aggregate 270,000 sq ft of lettable space.

Grace’s business plan comprises a targeted ESG-led modernisation programme, energy transition strategy and implementation of proptech lettings and property management solutions.
