A residential portfolio located in Zone 1, Central London, close to Farringdon Station. The portfolio consists of residential buildings with 110 beds and commercial/ancillary space.

Grace’s business plan comprises a comprehensive refurbishment and fit-out. Grace has entered into a lease agreement with a renowned university to accommodate its students.
