Ailon has since its formation in 2011 invested through a series of platform-specific partnerships, separate accounts and regional funds on behalf of leading institutional investors and family offices.

We build scalable investment platforms based on thematic value-add driven investment strategies. We invest in underperforming assets with enhancement potential. We also design and develop new properties.

Ailon deploys a micro asset specific programme and delivers dynamic, ESG-led AM strategies that are tailored to each investment. Our asset strategies are focused on repositioning, targeted modernisation, energy transition and technology empowered property management and lettings solutions.

Ailon has strong focus on delivering outsized risk adjusted returns for our investors while creating a positive, lasting impact for the broader stakeholder universe.

Ailon is a vertically integrated platform owning, managing and optimising residential properties.

Our core management team has worked together for more than 20 years, with value-add track record from c.250 properties, and longstanding expertise from driving operational improvement, value enhancement and repositioning strategies. The core team has asset managed c.€10bn of assets in our target markets.

Our investment approach, coupled with our depth of expertise, enables us to deliver outstanding investment performance across regions and market cycles.

We are residential specialists and have delivered best in class multi-family housing, student apartments, micro-living, senior living, serviced apartments and co-living in city cores and in new and emerging neighborhoods.

Ailon has regional offices in London, Stockholm and Copenhagen.
